Shipping policy
WHERE WE SHIP
Canada only. We currently do not ship to Quebec (QC), Yukon (YT), Northwest Territories (NT), or Nunavut (NU). Orders placed to excluded regions will be cancelled and refunded; no fees apply because we are unable to provide service to those locations.
FREE SHIPPING (ELIGIBLE AREAS)
Free standard shipping on orders $100+ (CAD) to eligible addresses in AB, BC, SK, MB, ON, NB, NS, PE, and NL.
Exclusions include remote or extended-area addresses, oversize or overweight items, and freight shipments. These may require a shipping quote or surcharge, or we may decline the shipment.
REMOTE / EXTENDED AREAS AND SURCHARGES
Carriers may classify certain postal codes as “Remote Area” or “Extended Area.” These locations often require additional transit time and surcharges not covered by free shipping.
If your address is remote or extended, we will email you a shipping quote or surcharge for approval, or you can switch to in-store pickup (Edmonton), or cancel for a full refund with no fees.
If a surcharge is declined and we cannot ship, we will cancel and refund in full.
PROCESSING AND TRANSIT TIMES
Processing time is 1–5 business days for in-stock items.
Transit time varies by destination, carrier, and service level. Tracking information is emailed when your order ships.
Special-order items or those labeled “Pickup in 5+ Days” depend on supplier availability. This label indicates we can order the item and have it ready in approximately five or more business days (estimate only).
CARRIERS AND SERVICES
We ship with reputable carriers and select the service appropriate for your order’s size and weight. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier capacity, or other factors outside our control.
OVERSIZE, HEAVY, AND FREIGHT SHIPMENTS
Certain products such as cockpits, motion systems, large stands, and projectors may ship via freight.
Freight is typically curbside delivery. Residential, liftgate, appointment, or inside delivery may incur additional fees. We will confirm options and costs before billing or shipment.
Free shipping promotions do not apply to freight unless explicitly stated.
ADDRESS ACCURACY, CHANGES, AND RE-DELIVERY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including unit numbers, buzz codes, and phone number.
Address changes after label creation may incur carrier fees.
Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable parcels (for example, wrong address or no access) may be returned to us. We can reship (you pay re-shipping) or refund minus original shipping and return shipping; restocking fees may apply per our Return Policy.
DAMAGE, SHORTAGE, OR LOSS
Inspect your order upon delivery. Report visible damage or shortages within 48 hours of delivery to sales@traqlab.com with photos of the box, labels, packing, and item.
For concealed damage, notify us within five calendar days of delivery with photos and a description.
For lost shipments (no movement or scan for a reasonable time), contact us and we will open a carrier trace. Resolutions follow the carrier’s investigation and terms.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND METHOD
If you cancel before shipment and request a refund to your original payment method, a 6% cancellation fee applies to cover non-refundable processing and administrative costs.
The 6% fee is waived if you choose store credit or if we cannot ship to your address (excluded region or remote/extended area surcharge declined).
