Focus: Introduction to the B737 cockpit, the Primary Flight Display (PFD), and basic hand-flying skills. Goal: Build confidence in controlling a large jet using the PFD and understand how pitch, power, and trim work in the B737. Stage 1 Introduction Stage 1 introduces students to the B737 MAX cockpit environment. They learn how to sit, see, scan, and control the aircraft like a real pilot, hands-on from the very first lesson. This stage builds the fundamental flying skills needed before any complex navigation or emergencies are added. Lessons: - B737 Cockpit Orientation & Basic Control - Introduction to Flight Modes & Turns - Critical Flight Regimes (Speed Management) - Takeoff, Climb & Go-Around Procedures Key Highlights: - First full hands-on flight experience - Learn the PFD scan and “fly-by-numbers” technique - Understand pitch, power, and trim management - Manual takeoffs, turns, speed control, and go-around techniques - Builds strong fundamentals for Stage 2 - Perfect for participants with zero flying experience Ideal For: - First-time flyers - Ages 11+ beginning aviation - Adults exploring aviation as a hobby - New student pilots needing strong fundamentals - Anyone preparing for Stages 2, 3, and 4
